Frequently Asked Questions: |
-Why do I need a detail?
Caring for your vehicle's paint is very important.
Proper washing, polishing and protecting is needed in order to prevent swirls,
scratches, oxidation and dullness in the paint. Over time, this level of care
has been been proven to prolong the life and vibrancy of an automotive paint
finish.
Even for the short tem, a properly done detail will restore the shine,
wetness, and depth of your paint as well as bring the interior of your vehicle
to show room condition, making your car stand out and be a pleasure to look at
and drive in.
If you are considering selling your vehicle, a proper
detail has a great return on investment - i.e. if a $250 detail makes your
entire car
look as though it's worth $500 more dollars, then you actually stand to profit
from the detail.
-Why do you charge more than other
"detail shops" or gas station detailers?
These low-cost, high-volume
"detail" offerings will most likely do more harm than good to your paint. They
go no where near far as I do when it comes to cleaning, polishing and protecting
the vehicle. They do not, unless stated, remove swirls and surface scratches.
Instead, they use fillers to hide the defects, which become revealed following a
wash or a good rainstorm. What's worse, the methods they use are likely to
introduce new swirl marks and scratches, damaging the paint.
I, on the other hand, am a car perfectionist and will strive to make your car
look its best and be protected from all the elements for months to come.
I use microfiber towels and high-quality cleaning, polishing, and protecting
products which are thoroughly cleaned before they touch another vehicle.
Moreover, I will treat your vehicle as though it were my own. No client of mine
has yet to be disappointed with my work or felt as though he or she overpaid.
